What You’ll Do Assist members with financial transactions in person, by telephone, or by mail. Including processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, posting payments, check cashing, pinning ATM and Debit cards, and ordering checks. Responsible for managing cash, including counting cash back to members, tracking funds by money type, and balancing daily. Deliver solutions to members with empathy, explaining products and services, and referring them to the appropriate branch rep and/or support department for additional follow up. Identify referral and cross-sell opportunities expanding the member relationship based on account history and needs, including reviewing promotional offers and marketing campaigns.
