Position Overview
As a Teller / Member Service Representative at our Howards Grove Branch, you'll play an important role in daily branch operations. You'll assist members with transactions, answer questions, and recommend solutions that support their financial well-being-all while ensuring accuracy, security, and a positive experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic math and computer skills
• Customer service or cash handling experience is helpful but not necessary
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive, team-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Build strong, professional relationships with members
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash securely
• Maintain balanced drawers and high accuracy standards
• Identify member needs and suggest appropriate products or services
• Follow all operational, compliance, and security procedures
• Communicate clearly with members and teammates in person, by phone, and electronically
• Participate in training and development programs
