The Teller II works in a TD Store location and plays a key role in delivering legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency. This role also involves educating customers on TD's products and services or referring them to a partner for specialized solutions. The Teller II is expected to engage in lobby leadership, understand customer preferences, and advocate for customers by conducting needs-based conversations, offering financial and digital solutions, or referring them to appropriate partners. Additionally, the Teller II trains and mentors new Tellers, assists supervisors with daily duties, and ensures compliance with company guidelines and regulations like the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk and protect customers.
