About The Position

Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Moorhead Hornbachers Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
  • Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
  • Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
  • Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
  • Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines
