About The Position
Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our West Fargo Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with everyday banking transactions.
- Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding.
- Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs.
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy.
- Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines.
