About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Teletherapist to partner with us as an independent contractor. This is an opportunity to focus entirely on client care, leveraging technology to make a real impact, all while working on your own terms. We manage the operations; you manage the therapy. This role is a 1099 Independent Contractor position and is fully remote, allowing you to practice from a location that suits you, provided it's private and secure. You will have complete scheduling freedom, defining your client load and hours with no mandated minimums.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted state license in good standing.
• Proficiency in recognized therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT).
• Comfort and efficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and professional video conferencing.
• A dedicated, quiet, and confidential workspace for client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services (individual, group, or couples) through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate effective, measurable treatment strategies.
• Maintain impeccable, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews.
• Exercise complete control over your calendar and caseload volume.
