About The Position
The WCI outpatient clinic is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our telephone triage team. Responsibilities include: clinical assessment, symptom management, patient education, addressing critical lab values, care coordination, and collaborating with oncology/hematology provider teams. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be autonomous in decision-making, and have excellent assessment skills. Position is located offsite at Corporate Woods and parking is free. Candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to the URMC IICARE values of integrity, inclusion, compassion, accountability, respect & excellence.
Requirements
- One year of acute care experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Autonomous in decision-making
- Excellent assessment skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior oncology experience preferred
