The role of the Telephone Triage Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to work collaboratively with physicians, providers, nurses, and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care with a focus on patient experience, safety, quality and efficiency. This individual acts as a patient care coordinator and advocate, maintains clinical supplies, proper documentation and an optimal patient flow and experience, following OSHA/WISHA/other compliance and regulatory guidelines. The position requires initial full-time onsite training, after which it transitions to a remote work environment. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST.
