About The Position

Requirements

- Requires regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries.

- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
- Take and relay messages accurately and efficiently.
