As a Telephone Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include generating and overseeing appointments for sales and service prospects from incoming phone call leads. You will respond to inbound phone call inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our dealership. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals is also a key part of this role. The Representative interacts daily with Sales Managers, Sales Associates, Service Advisors, staff members, and customers. Telephone performance and accountability for call volume are key.
