About The Position

The Telemetry Technician provides continual observation and documentation of patient situations, including documenting rhythms during code situations and notifying physicians and staff. The role also performs skilled clerical and receptionist duties. The technician collaborates with multidisciplinary team members in a highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging environment to provide patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Complete a basic dysrhythmia course with an acceptable score during orientation.
• Complete an annual recertification course in basic dysrhythmia with an acceptable score.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of work experience is preferred.
