About The Position

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room, aids dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams, our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured patients. Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Basic clerical, computer data entry and math skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for HealthCare Providers certification required from American Heart Association required

Nice To Haves

  • One year of acute care experience preferred
  • Telemetry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Telemetry Technicians continually monitors patients on telemetry by interpreting and recording ECG rhythms and reporting pertinent changes to appropriate personnel.
  • Responsible for accuracy of reports and error reconciliation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and communicates needs to leader.
  • Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
