About The Position
Functions as a clerk/receptionist for the ICU. Assists with patient care. Acts as a cardiac monitor technician.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic cardiac rhythm interpretation skills (or demonstrated ability to acquire needed skills).
- BCLS required upon hire.
- Basic arrhythmia class required within 6 months of hire.
- Encompasses a range of technical and supportive functions which include communication, problem solving, and prioritizing skills.
Nice To Haves
- Computer skills preferred.
- Additional education/training in related fields is considered on an individual basis.
