This person supports activities of daily living (ADL's) with patients and prevents complications.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent experience

- Previous patient care experience
Responsibilities
- Monitor and Report: Take vital signs as scheduled, and promptly report any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to the RN.
- Assist with Personal Care: Support patients with personal hygiene, bowel/bladder care, and monitor intake/output and weights.
- Patient Mobility and Positioning: Assist with ambulation and repositioning to prevent immobility-related complications.
- Patient Education and Safety: Reinforce education on tools like incentive spirometers and help maintain a clean, safe bedside area.
- Hourly Rounding and Flexibility: Round on each patient hourly to ensure needs are met and assist patients and teammates as needed.

- Standard Rate of $16.00 - $24.00 per hour plus benefits
