Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
No prior experience required

Responsibilities

Continuous surveillance of cardiac monitoring systems for multiple patients
Recognition and accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythm changes
Prompt communication with nurses and clinical staff regarding significant changes or concerning trends
Accurate documentation and record keeping of monitored patient information
Collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, high-quality patient care
Observation of telemetry monitors and timely reporting of cardiac rhythm abnormalities
