Requirements
- One (1) year RN experience.
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing or Associate Of Nursing ADN or Foreign Equivalent
- Registered Nurse: AZ
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years One year medical/surgical intTelemetry experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
- Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
- Recognizes limits of scope of practice, seeks multidisciplinary collaboration, utilizes appropriate resources, and follows chain of command.
- Delegates tasks based on the needs of the patient, potential for harm, patient stability, task complexity, and outcome predictability within the scope of skill set and practice.
- Participates as a team member by utilizing team skills effectively on a daily basis.
- Uses knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs.
