Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Valid medical license in applicable state(s)/region(s)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with willingness to learn telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
Open to all experience levels, including those new to telemedicine or seeking flexible work arrangements
Enthusiastic about learning and growing in telemedicine
Willing to undergo training and certification programs
Strong desire to contribute to accessible healthcare

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual patient consultations via secure video, phone, or messaging platforms
Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, and current health conditions
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for a variety of health issues
Prescribe medications and recommend follow-up care as appropriate
Educate and counsel patients on health management and preventive care
Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate remotely with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information
Develop and optimize workflows for virtual patient care
Perform detailed clinical assessments and generate treatment reports
Mentor and train new team members in telemedicine best practices
Support implementation of telehealth tools and remote work policies
Lead efforts to improve patient engagement and care quality
