This role is responsible for transporting and temporarily installing telemedicine monitors in client’s homes in preparation for prescheduled daily monitored sessions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Basic knowledge of technical equipment.
Must demonstrate the ability to receive and provide instructions in a clear manner.
Ability to travel is required.
Must work well under pressure in client homes and when working with technical equipment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work independently are required.

Responsibilities

Transport and install telemedicine monitors in client’s homes.
Instruct client/caregiver on correct use of monitor.
Determine successful transmission to the telemedicine central station.
Triage/fix monitor problems after installation.
Maintaining and cleaning telemedicine equipment between client use.
Maintain inventory and cleaning log.
Maintain close communication with Director of Telemedicine/designee regarding daily schedule.
Maintain productivity according to agency standards.

Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.
