Telehealth Therapist (Independent Contractor)
About The Position
Devereux's Florida Counseling Center is seeking a Telehealth Therapist. This is an Independent Contractor position offering flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and contract roles. The program provides telehealth mental health services for children and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family conflict. It is designed for youth who require structured therapeutic support to remain stable at home and succeed in school, without needing residential or inpatient care. Devereux offers free supervision hours for licensure and a potential to earn up to $80,000 or more, with compensation increasing based on productivity. Cases are provided by the leadership team, and compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
- Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, or psychology.
- License eligible in the state of Florida.
- Must hold a minimum of at least 10 cases.
- Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida.

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth mental health services for children and adolescents.
- Work with children over telehealth, requiring availability for late afternoon, after-school hours.
- Be available during business hours for training and supervision.
- Maintain a minimum of at least 10 cases.
- Adhere to Devereux's zero-tolerance policy for abuse and cooperate with authorities.
