About The Position

Provide on-site technical and operational assistance for the site’s MBTelehealth Network, equipment, clients, staff and other Telehealth users for clinical and non-clinical sessions. The incumbent exercises the appropriate level of initiative and independent judgment in determining work priorities, work methods to be employed and action to be taken on unusual matters. The position functions in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision and values; and the policies of Southern Health-Santé Sud.

Requirements

Completion of Grade 12 Education (Manitoba Standard) or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook.
Working knowledge in the usage of office equipment.
Demonstrated efficiency with navigating computer applications and typing.
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently with minimum supervision and as a team member.
Demonstrated ability to use an analytical and inquiring approach to solve problems.
Adhere with MBTelehealth and Southern Health-Santé Sud Telehealth policies, procedures and standard guidelines.
Ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population.
Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality including paper, electronic formats and other mediums.
Good work and attendance record.
Demonstrated ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the job.
Three work-related references from persons who are not related to you but have direct knowledge of your current and past work performance.

Ability to provide services in French, if applicable.

Complete and maintain Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse Registry Check and Child Abuse Registry Check.
