Telehealth Registered Nurse
About The Position
CVS Health is hiring a Telehealth Registered Nurse to support patients through a telephonic nursing practice. Working from home as part of a specialized team, the nurse collaborates with health care professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for patients with multiple disease states. The role includes making outbound calls to provide education and support for new medications, medication adherence, and disease-state training, while supporting continuity of care for defined patient populations through telecommunications nursing outreach programs. The position requires strong clinical judgment, written and verbal customer service skills, and advanced computer skills. Candidates may reside in Wisconsin, Arizona, Iowa, Texas, Missouri, Idaho, New Mexico, or Ohio, and must hold an unrestricted compact license in their state of residence. This is a full-time, hourly, work-from-home position with set Monday–Friday hours of 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time. The anticipated schedule is 40 hours per week. The typical pay range is $26.01–$62.32 per hour. The role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, in addition to base pay.
Requirements
- Hold an unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residence, with multistate/compact privileges.
- Have the ability to obtain licensure in non-compact states, territories, and the District of Columbia as business needs require.
- At least 3 years of clinical RN experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- RN diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Strong written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
