About The Position

We are seeking a licensed Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role offers absolute clinical autonomy, total control over your schedule, and the freedom to work remotely. The focus is on helping people heal, while the company handles back-end logistics such as marketing, credentialing, billing, and initial intake coordination. Therapists can work as few as 5 hours a week or up to 30, with no minimum hour requirements. The position is 100% remote, allowing therapists to work from anywhere. There is clinical freedom with no micromanagement or cookie-cutter treatment constraints, allowing therapists to practice the evidence-based modalities they believe in.

Requirements

A valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
Experience utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
Comfortable navigating modern EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
A private, quiet space to conduct confidential video sessions.
The motivation and clinical competence to manage your own caseload independently.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual (and/or couples/group) teletherapy via our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Conduct initial assessments and collaborate with clients on personalized treatment plans.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans) using our intuitive EHR system.
Manage your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
