About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Telehealth Patient Facilitator to join their team at Missouri Eastern Correctional Center in Pacific, Missouri. This role involves scheduling, facilitating, coordinating, and monitoring telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff providing services to patients within the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Requirements
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation
- Must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
Nice To Haves
- Background in mental health or physical health preferred
- Previous administrative and/or medical assistant training or duties preferred
- Experience working in a correctional mental health setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Schedules, facilitates, coordinates, and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff who provide telehealth services to patients within Missouri Department of Corrections.
