About The Position

Fresh Clinics is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners in Texas, Illinois, and Pennsylvania for a fully remote, flexible, and 100% telehealth role. This position offers an alternative to traditional bedside nursing, focusing on high-quality virtual care. The mission of this role is to be the clinical backbone of Fresh Clinics' US platform by delivering gold standard virtual Good Faith Exams (GFEs) that protect patient safety, support member compliance, and uphold the integrity of every treatment facilitated through Fresh. This role reports to the Head of Clinical Excellence and works closely with the broader clinical team, member support specialists, and compliance personnel. The NP will collaborate with fellow Telehealth NPs, engage directly with Fresh member practitioners, and partner with clinical leadership during training, protocol updates, and adverse event escalations. As Fresh Clinics scales in the US market, licensed and experienced NPs are needed to meet the growing demand, particularly in Texas, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Active NP licenses in Texas (TX), Illinois (IL), and Pennsylvania (PA).
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Aesthetics, Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery.
• Deep familiarity with aesthetics and wellness treatment options, risks, and contraindications.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and asynchronous messaging tools.
• The ability to build genuine patient trust and rapport through a screen in under 10 minutes.
• Confidence to provide calm, authoritative guidance during adverse events or clinical complications.
• A quiet, professional, and distraction-free workspace for all patient calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual Good Faith Exams (GFEs) via video to assess patient candidacy for aesthetics, IV hydration, and wellness treatments.
• Evaluate patients across an expanded clinical scope including injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, sexual health, HRT, and weight loss.
• Verify patient residency and ensure all documentation meets state-specific legal and regulatory standards.
• Monitor member treatment requests and flag anything outside their approved scope of practice.
• Answer member questions on dosing, protocols, and adverse event and complication management.
• Maintain accurate and consistent patient records in EMR systems.
• Participate in required training webinars to stay current on all procedures supported by Fresh.
