HearUSA aims to set the highest standard in modern hearing health by providing exceptional care, knowledge, and experience to individuals through its extensive network of independent Hearing Care Professionals and centers across the U.S. This is a hybrid role that involves innovative approaches to client care, with an expectation of 90% remote work using the HearAssist environment and 10% in local and surrounding Centers. Multi-State licensure is preferred. The role requires performing HearAssist hearing evaluations, hearing aid selections, and remote fittings, adhering to best practices and maintaining a high NPS score. Responsibilities include routine follow-ups, ear impression taking, earmold modification, and recommending accessories. The provider will remotely program, ship, and adjust hearing aids within their licensed states, and maintain hearing aid stock to achieve an 80% same-day fit/trial rate. Compliance with all State license laws, FDA guidelines, WSA policies, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines (QPG) is mandatory, operating in a HIPAA-compliant manner with proper documentation. The role involves partnering with leadership to grow center revenue, engaging in continued professional development, and generating leads through outbound calling and community outreach.
