About The Position

SynergenX is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider to care for patients throughout Texas via telehealth. This is a fully remote, full-time W-2 position. SynergenX is a leader in evidence-based hormone optimization and wellness care, providing comprehensive treatment for both men and women. The primary focus will be on women's hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including comprehensive hormone management and medical weight loss. The provider will also evaluate and manage male patients as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized hormone optimization and preventive healthcare.
