About The Position

SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of North Carolina. This is a fully remote position where patients will be seen in the Eastern Standard time zone. SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving men's health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men on a Part-time/PRN basis, 2 days per week, with availability on Monday and Friday. Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a unique opportunity for a PA or NP to be part of the foundation and bright future of this company.

Requirements

• Licensed in NC
• DEA in Texas
• Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Sound medical decision making abilities
• Quality patient relationship skills
• Active NC FNP or PA state license in good standing with TX being under your primary taxonomy NPI number
• No current or pending malpractice law suits
• Current DEA License in North Carolina
