We are looking for AHPRA-registered Medical Practitioners who are confident consulting across a wide range of presentations and age groups. Alternaleaf is an award-winning on-demand telehealth platform designed to dismantle the traditional waiting room, giving patients fast, reliable access to expert care. Requirements

MBBS (or equivalent) + unrestricted AHPRA registration (PGY4 minimum).
Adept at delivering high-quality care in 10-minute consults, with strong clinical judgment and a harm-reduction focus.
Familiar with privacy laws, RTPM, S8 regulations, and medico-legal duties.
Capable of seamlessly navigating multiple platforms while maintaining sharp, accurate documentation.
Punctual, responsive, and dedicated to care continuity and a premium patient experience.
Open to feedback, collaborative care, and ongoing upskilling through our training pathways.
Available for evening shifts (5:00pm - 10:00pm AEST/AEDT).
Available during core business hours, Monday to Friday to complete our comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality telehealth consultations to a diverse patient base.
Conducting clinical assessments, prescribing (S4 & S8), and managing follow-up care.
Collaborating with our RN and clinical support teams to optimise the patient journey.
Navigating modern digital tools to maintain accurate, compliant documentation and efficient care.
