Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, college coursework a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook & Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain, organize and present information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks as assigned.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children, nutrition support, or patients with complex medical needs
- Strong care coordination and family engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nutrition therapy for pediatric patients with complex medical needs.
- Support care plans involving enteral feeding and specialized medical nutrition.
- Work closely with clinicians, dietitians, and DME suppliers to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor adherence, supply continuity, and clinical changes.
- Support families through transitions of care and growth-related changes.
- Deliver coordinated, high-quality support.
