About The Position
Firma Concrete is hiring a Telehandler Operator to join our growing team. This is a full-time position located in Edmonton & Area, with a wage of $32.00 – $38.00/hr, based on experience. The role involves operating telehandlers on active construction sites, loading and unloading materials, performing equipment inspections, and working closely with various construction crews.
Requirements
- Previous telehandler or zoom boom experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
- CSTS 2020 required.
Nice To Haves
- Valid certification considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate telehandlers on active construction sites.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to crews.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Work closely with concrete, carpentry, and labour crews.
- Follow site safety requirements, FLHAs, and company procedures.
- Assist with general site duties when equipment is not in use.
