• Experience with fiber optic, copper, and wireless cabling installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting routers, switches, and network equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining network performance.
• Technical guidance for VoIP, PBX, and Unified Communications systems.
• Project management skills for telecommunications projects.
• Understanding of industry regulations and security protocols.
