You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and delivering reliable UC to our Federal Aviation Administration customer.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science
15+ years of related experience
Avaya SME, OSSI SME, and Telecommunications Service Delivery SME, Configuration Management, Cloud deployments, use of Python at the developmental level
Agency Specific Suitability: FAA

Platforms include Avaya, Juniper, Cisco, Zoom, and MS products to name a few.
Avaya Aura a must.

Responsibilities

Develops advanced solutions to a variety of highly complex engineering problems, platforms include Avaya, Juniper, Cisco, Zoom, and MS products to name a few.
Perform highly advanced systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the end; Avaya Aura a must.
Provides and applies advanced engineering to highly complex infrastructures including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools; Avaya Aura platform a must.
Prepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects.
Performs complex systems development and design work that may include logic design, I/O design, model formulation, computer architecture analysis and design, and digital systems engineering.
Provides system/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance.
Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in systems engineering to support Avaya Systems, specialized in OSSI based automation tools. Experience in creating OSSI scripting frameworks, and Avaya Aura System Manager database schema and OSSI interface.
