GA DBHDD - Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator (807307) Pay rate : $50.17 per hour Temp ( 6 months+) Job location : 200 Piedmont Avenue SE, West Tower 6th Floor Atlanta, Georgia 30334 Hours: 8 hours daily/5 days weekly (hybrid position) Must be local to Metro Atlanta

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification
• 5 years of project/program management experience.
• Experience managing telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong vendor management experience.
• Experience with VoIP, networking, wireless technologies, and enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and implementing enterprise telecommunications, network, voice, mobility, audiovisual, and infrastructure projects across DBHDD facilities.
• Managing vendor coordination, technology modernization initiatives, implementation activities, and strategic infrastructure planning to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with agency objectives.
• Developing and managing infrastructure upgrade roadmaps for: Voice Services (VoIP/HVS), Data Networks, Wireless Infrastructure, Fiber and Structured Cabling, Public Address Systems, HVAC Monitoring Systems, Fire Alarm Infrastructure, Cisco Endpoint Refresh Programs.
• Supporting implementation of emerging technologies and infrastructure enhancements.
• Leading HVS/VoIP transformation initiatives.
• Developing implementation strategies for voice modernization projects.
• Coordinating site assessments, inventory reviews, equipment staging, deployment, and migration activities.
• Ensuring successful transition from legacy voice platforms.
• Maintaining partnerships with telecommunications carriers and technology vendors.
• Coordinating vendor deliverables and project commitments.
• Participating in technology evaluations and vendor selection processes.
• Monitoring vendor performance and contractual obligations.
• Overseeing inventory management and reconciliation efforts.
• Ensuring infrastructure assets are properly documented in Asset Management systems.
• Coordinating technology refresh initiatives and equipment lifecycle management.
• Assisting in enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinating network integration projects.
• Supporting agency strategic technology initiatives.
