Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalency
Strong customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Handling external and internal phone calls for GHS departments/staff on the Onalaska or La Crosse main campuses, while maintaining an empathetic, calm, and professional manner.
Utilizing software application tools that provide screening questions and appropriate call flows to determine the best outcome for the caller and support various directives.
Pager and on-call schedule administration/activation.
Managing emergent events.
Documentation and clerical duties included in many of our call flows.
