Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating successful project delivery, team coordination, or management in telecommunications or similar technical domains
  • University/College/Technical School Graduate or equivalent combination of experience and training; telecommunications or engineering background preferred
  • Experience with project management software, financial forecasting, metrics tracking, and Google Suite or Microsoft applications
  • Ability to plan projects, identify risks, manage ongoing projects, and create comprehensive status reports
  • Strong ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Well-organized, time-conscious, and results-focused with demonstrated ability to break down problems into manageable segments
  • Capacity to bounce back from challenges and adjust course

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing projects from planning to completion, including engineering, design, data analytics, field data collection, and utility construction
  • Tracking and reporting on project metrics, status, productivity, and logistical details while identifying potential risks and issues
  • Assisting with or leading the preparation of quotes, reviewing SOWs, and reaching consensus with clients on deliverables and expectations
  • Facilitating communications with customers to prepare specifications, explain proposals, and present findings
  • Contributing directly to the design, development, and inspection of projects as needed
  • Supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure project success
