About The Position

Operates a multiple-position telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. The role also involves performing miscellaneous hospital Telecommunications and clerical duties as needed. Key responsibilities include monitoring all hospital alarms, performing code paging, and providing patient information. The operator is expected to consistently deliver exceptional service to all callers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, training or experience required
• Minimum of one year customer service experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good command of written and verbal communication
• Ability to work well under pressure
