Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the engineering for all telecommunication facilities and for managing and coordinating compliance with applicable reliability standards. Responsible for the preparation and administration of the Telecommunications O&M and Capital annual budgets. Manages, directs, and trains personnel including monitoring assigned staff activities in terms of completion of work, adherence to project schedules, timelines, cost effectiveness, and results. Directs and participates in the preparation of studies for system wide telecommunication facilities upgrades including projects in the multi-year telecommunications strategic plan. Ensures consistency of engineering and equipment standards regarding telecommunication facilities in all regions of Tri-State. Telecommunications Engineering Manager Hiring Salary Range: $135,000-$175,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
