About The Position

Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to manage and process telecommunications service orders within the program. This role involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, maintaining records, and resolving order-related issues. The specialist will also track order status, update stakeholders, and ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or 4 years additional equivalent work experience) in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in managing telecommunications development, operations, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of telecom systems, including VoIP, PBX, and network infrastructure.
• An active Secret security clearance is required.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
