We are seeking an Entry-Level Telecommunications Systems Administrator to support and maintain the client's enterprise telephony environment. This role focuses on the daily administration, monitoring, and support of multiple VoIP phone systems and contact center applications, while also assisting end users and supporting telecom service requests. This is an onsite position based in the La Crosse area and includes on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate has foundational IT experience, strong organizational skills, and an interest in building a career in telecommunications.
