Requirements
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience with testing, repair, and maintenance of telecommunications, security and monitoring equipment
- Secret security clearance level
- US citizenship required
- Onsite in Sterling, VA

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of equipment technicians tasked with equipment testing and maintenances activities
- Collaborate with the program's supply chain and government property management teams to ensure equipment is tracked and services procured as needed to support the lifecycle of assigned equipment
- Drive throughout and efficiency for the team through the development of processes, cross-training, and metrics
- Utilize technical skills to meet contractual product lifecycle requirements for telecommunications, security, and other technology products
- Provides guidance for the analysis, maintenance and modification of complex equipment systems to meet operations standards
- Provides guidance regarding equipment and systems usage
- Provides guidance to the team for the testing, adjusting, and troubleshooting of hardware equipment
