Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; required.
- Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, TMS: Time Management System).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the telecommunications field.
Nice To Haves
- Nortel certifications such as hardware and software installation and maintenance power and grounding and environmental certifications preferred.
- Any experience with Nortel equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Service customers with installation of low-voltage forms of cabling, dial tone, of communication networks, while providing excellent customer service.
- Pull, install and repair all low-voltage type cabling such as voice, data, coaxial, fiber optic, etc.
- Interface with clients and work well with a team or own their own.
