About The Position

Our healthcare client is looking for a Hands-on Telecom Tech/Engineer Lead with their Unified Communications Telecommunications Group. This person will report directly to the Director of Telecommunications. This group is a big team and they will be the support of the large end user environment of about 10,000 mobile devices and UC enterprise network. Candidates need to have Cisco UC Engineering background along with some managerial experience working with vendors, expense management, and coming from enterprise environment.

Requirements

5 to 8 years experience in the telecommunications/UC world supporting Telecom, or IT related including a broad knowledge of various telecom/IT products, services, and technology.
Managed a team.
Hands-on experience in the telecommunications, Carrier / MDM/UC side of the house.
Very well versed with in all aspects of UC and telecommunications operations.
Experience working with support systems (ServiceNow).
Experience working with Telco's, wireless companies, cabling, etc.
5 to 8 years proven experience in Telecom Management in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience around Telecommunication Expense Management (TEM) and Wireless Expense management (WEM).
Solid understanding of carrier billing systems; telecommunications invoicing, technical communication, circuit provisioning, configurations pricing methods, and contracts.
Experience with PBX and UC, including a broad knowledge of PBX systems like NEC, Cisco VOIP.
5 to 8 years working with large enterprise environments.
Great customer service.
Proven experience working with and managing vendors in this space.
