About The Position

Marathon TS is a sub on an upcoming opportunity with Client Federal called US Army corp of Engineers called Cyber, Automation, Systems, Technology and Lifecycle Enterprise Network (CASTLE-NET) Services RFP Background USACE OCIO/G-6 has a need for Enterprise Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) services. The USACE OCIO/G-6 requires contractor support in the areas of cyber security, data center operations, Automated Information Systems (AIS), Information Technology (IT) network environment operations including hardware and software support, end user device support, digital and analog telephone systems, web services, data/knowledge management, native and cloud-based services, hard wired and wireless devices, and all supporting infrastructure, platforms and applications. Emergency response services are also required to respond and restore services in the event of a disaster. As the IM/IT provider to the USACE enterprise, the OCIO/G-6 mission objectives require 24 hours a day/seven days a week (24/7) operations, monitoring, and response. Responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of telecommunications systems within the CASTLE-NET project. Key responsibilities include assisting in the installation and configuration of telecom equipment, supporting routine maintenance. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or Associate degree +2 years relevant experience, or 4 years relevant experience in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in telecommunications or IT support
• Strong understanding of telecom systems and networking principles
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
• DoD Secret Clearance

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCENT)
