These services include site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.

Requirements

3+ Industry experience is required.
Good understanding of engineering concepts required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Relevant experience in wireless technology and telecommunications required.
The candidate can sit anywhere in the US.
The successful candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the project's construction design & projected schedule, expenses, and quality and safety.
Maintain and enforce the Company safety program, ensure daily jobsite safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist.
Communicate any project changes to the client and work with the Project Manager and other Construction Managers on implementation.
Ensure Company Safety program is in place with all staff and subcontractors and all safety incident or network outage reports are done in a timely manner.
Install the quality program for the company and subcontractors work, making certain all quality standards are met to customer specifications.
Interpret and verify industry standards, guidelines and codes for project deliverables.
Schedule and monitor work plans consistent with agreements.
Act as a key interface with site acquisition team, construction and project teams, logistics and general contractors.
Know the technical requirements of the project, implement them and help others to accomplish the same.
Coordinate technical issues with field and physically assist construction in field.
Prepare standard discipline deliverables including standard work processes and tools.
