About The Position

Responsible for leading and managing the transition of the current MSA - Verizon Carrier Services billing and invoicing processes, systems, and operational workflows to the T1776 Contract framework. Ensures seamless migration, compliance with contractual requirements, and minimal impact to business operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end transition planning and execution for Verizon Carrier Services billing and invoicing migration to the T1776 Contract.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Verizon teams, finance, procurement, and contract management groups to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Analyze current billing processes, identify gaps, and define the future‑state workflow under the T1776 Contract.
• Develop and maintain transition timelines, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and communication strategies.
• Validate invoice accuracy, rate structure alignment, and contractual compliance throughout the migration.
