Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher in related field of study
1+ year healthcare background/experience and/or call center experience

Responsibilities

Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience.
Effectively operating the switchboard system, including answering and transferring calls as well as utilization of overhead paging system.
Displays highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to patients, clinics, and colleagues.
Effectively navigate ancillary systems in order to locate patient room information, clinical contact numbers, etc.
Maintains high level of productivity while managing tasks to ensure timeliness of service.
Partners effectively with leadership, peers, and support staff to achieve departmental goals.
