BSEt, LLC is seeking motivated Telecom Laborers to support telecommunications and fiber optic infrastructure projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform physical work in outdoor environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements

Nice To Haves

• Telecom experience is helpful but not required
• Experience in telecommunications or fiber optic installation
• Experience in construction or labor work
• Experience with the use of basic hand and power tools
• Experience in underground or overhead utility work
• Warehouse or material handling experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with telecom and fiber optic installation projects
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment
• Prepare and clean work sites
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Assist with underground and overhead telecom work
• Maintain trucks, tools, and equipment
• Follow company safety practices and procedures
• Support team members as needed and perform other assigned duties
