About The Position

The analyst’s Number One job responsibility is to deliver the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time, and understand how he or she contributes to the health system’s vision of achieving that commitment to patients and families. Under general supervision, develops telecommunications solutions to address user needs. May interface with users to define needs. Assists in the design, development, and testing of communications software interface programs. Usually involved in the implementation and testing of projects. Requires knowledge of communication protocols, hardware, and real-time operating system programming. Requires proficiency in use of software and hardware tools to administer and resolve moderately complex tasks on telecommunication systems.

Requirements

  • Technical school training OR AS degree OR Bachelors Degree
  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Telecommunications Operations Experience
  • 2-4 years in complex mission critical environments.
  • Working knowledge of PBX, Systems Programming, voice mail, networks, wiring and specifications.
  • Intermediate knowledge of telecommunication network monitoring tools and protocols.
  • PC literate and proficient in analytical application problem resolution
  • Ability to take direction.
  • Requires knowledge of communication protocols, hardware, and real-time operating system programming.
  • Requires proficiency in use of software and hardware tools to administer and resolve moderately complex tasks on telecommunication systems.
