The Tele Sales Representative is responsible for outbound Medicare Advantage enrollment activity for ProCare Advantage, a specialized Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP) and Chronic Special Needs Plan (CSNP) serving high-acuity long-term care populations across Texas. This role focuses on educating Responsible Parties (POA), family members, and residents on plan benefits and facilitating compliant Medicare enrollments. The Tele Sales Representative ensures all interactions meet CMS marketing guidelines, documentation standards, and ProCare Advantage quality expectations.
