About The Position

The Tele Sales Representative is responsible for outbound Medicare Advantage enrollment activity for ProCare Advantage, a specialized Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP) and Chronic Special Needs Plan (CSNP) serving high-acuity long-term care populations across Texas. This role focuses on educating Responsible Parties (POA), family members, and residents on plan benefits and facilitating compliant Medicare enrollments. The Tele Sales Representative ensures all interactions meet CMS marketing guidelines, documentation standards, and ProCare Advantage quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Active Texas Health & Life Insurance License
  • Current AHIP certification (or ability to obtain annually)
  • Prior Medicare Advantage sales experience required
  • Strong understanding of ISNP, CSNP, DSNP, or Medicare plan structures
  • Excellent communication, sales, and compliance skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
  • Strong customer-service orientation and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to company-provided leads including POA, family members, and residents
  • Educate prospects on ISNP and CSNP plan benefits and differences from traditional Medicare
  • Assess eligibility and guide prospects through the enrollment process
  • Complete telephonic enrollments in full compliance with CMS regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CRM systems
  • Ensure adherence to CMS, HIPAA, and Medicare marketing regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams including clinical, operations, and facility partners
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and performance targets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
