About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Teflon Coater to join a growing manufacturing team! If you have experience with industrial coatings, powder coating, paint application, or surface preparation, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career. Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM. This role includes an 11.5% Shift Premium on all hours worked.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial coating experience
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods, including grit blasting
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be able to wear a respirator and pass an annual pulmonary test
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Teflon (PTFE), fluoropolymer, powder coating, or other high-performance coatings

Responsibilities

• Clean, mask, and prepare parts for coating
• Apply Teflon (PTFE) and fluoropolymer coatings to customer specifications
• Perform multi-step coating processes
• Operate curing ovens and monitor bake cycles
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
